Rock Haul Overlooks Deep Creek Lake and accommodates up to 12 persons. It is family and pet-friendly (with fee). It is located on a lovely wooded lot with a view of the lake from the large covered porch. The dock slip accommodates one boat at a community dock. It has 3 levels, with 2 bedrooms and a recreation room on the lower level; living, dining, and kitchen on the main level, and 4 bedrooms above.
There is a bath on each level. Rock Haul is available for rent year-round for you to enjoy the many activities available at beautiful Deep Creek Lake - boating, swimming, fishing, skiing (downhill and cross country), hiking, horseback riding, or just relaxing. These properties are near to Maryland's premier State parks - Deep Creek Lake, Swallow Falls, Harrington Manor, New Germany, and the beautiful and rugged Savage River State Forest. Wisp Ski Resort and the Outdoor Adventure Center with its man-made whitewater course is within 15 -20 minutes.
Deep Creek has become the State's finest four-season resort area, as many people are discovering.

"Rock Haul was the perfect place for our family to come together to share an early celebration of Christmas. Six bedrooms and three baths were ideal for our situation. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. No one was concerned about being the last one to shower because there was always plenty of hot water. We awoke Saturday morning to an ice covered world. No one cared. In fact, we all enjoyed having breakfast while admiring the beauty of the trees and speculating on whether or not the ice fishermen on the lake really knew what they were doing. A wide variety of board games and DVD's, not to mention cable TV gave all of us entertainment options. We ate all our meals at Rock Haul. A well stocked, large kitchen made meal preparation easy. We also appreciated the fact that all eleven of us could sit comfortably around the dining room table. If busy work and school schedules can be coordinated in 2017, we all voted to return to Rock Haul. We had a wonderful time!!!"
