"This was a great stay in a very clean, nice and comfortable house. The listing was correct on all points, and communication with the owner was timely and very friendly. Location is great - 10 minutes from the touristy spots but far enough to not have crowds of people walking by. I would recommend this house and the owners any time.

"We all loved the house! It was perfect for 11 of us ladies. The table in the dining room was nice for us all to sit around for breakfast and playing games in the evening. Location of the house was close to restaurants and shopping ! We even had 4 deer come into the back yard which was sweet to see ! Would definitely rent this house again !"

"Nice little cabin in a quiet area by the lake. Accommodations were exactly as described, everything worked as expected, no surprises at all.
Pros: Quiet area, nice hot tub, well-outfitted kitchen, plenty of heat in the rooms, and lots of hot water for bathing.
Cons: Hard beds, old furniture, dated decor. Again, no surprises based on previous reviews.
Overall, a very good value for the price, and a very pleasant stay!"

"We spent Christmas weekend with our family of 8 (4 parents, 4 young adult children) and had a wonderful time. The house had all we needed in a cozy layout that allow for together time as well as separate spaces to escape to. We took full advantage of all the amenities… hot tub, fire pit, grill, WII video games, board games and neighborhood walks while at the house. And we ventured out to ski at Wisp, ride ATVs, hike Swallow Falls and eat dinner out at Mountain Brewery. Christmas ‘21 was a success and created some great memories. We will definitely be coming back!"

"This house was amazing! John an Kathy have a beautiful home! They were so gracious for allowing us to bring our service dogs with us! The home had plenty of space! Everyone had their own rooms, although the beds were extremely hard :( that is the only thing I would change! We made lots of memories shared lots of laughs! We made tons of good food! Spent the nights on the large covered deck an chilly nights in the hot tub! We will for sure be back! Spent days hiking at swallow falls which they provided a state park pass!"

"We were in town for a long weekend and were able to spread out with 5 adults, 3 Kids and 2 dogs. The house has all the amenities you need (including more microwaves than ive ever seen in one house). We enjoyed the firepit, hot tub, all the activities at Wisp and even jumped in the lake on a cool October night…great place…would stay there again."

"4 of us friends wanted a quick getaway for the weekend, it was perfect for a short trip. We rented a pontoon boat where we were able to bring our dogs on board. They were both quick to respond to our questions. The only thing we had a small issue with was finding the dock since the sign on the tree was small. Other than that It was very enjoyable, we thought we would have an issue with the WIFI, but we had no problems with that either! Thank you"
